Production Timeframe & Brand Estimates


The creation of your custom doll is a meticulous process that typically takes3 to 5 weeks. 

The final duration is influenced by the doll brand, the material chosen (TPE or silicone), and any special customization features you select

Should you require a faster turnaround, expedited production may be available upon request, subject to workshop availability.

Important Notice: Production may experience delays during official holidays such as the New Year Holiday, Christmas, the National Day, and the Chinese Spring Festival. We recommend considering these periods when planning your order.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

In-Stock Dolls
Processing:Orders are verified, inspected, and packaged within2-5 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Shipping:Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-10 business daysvia our trusted carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS) 

Custom-Made Dolls
Production & Processing:Each doll is meticulously crafted to order. The production time varies by manufacturer and customization options (e.g., material, features), typically taking3-5 weeks. After production, items undergo quality checks and packaging.
Shipping:We use reliable international express services. Transit times depend on the carrier and destination.

Important Considerations
Estimates:All delivery timeframes are estimates. Actual times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as major holidays (Chinese Spring Festival, Christmas, etc.), severe weather, or unforeseen global events.
Tracking:Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

 

Check Your Package


You must inspect every item to check if there is any damage upon arrival of the package. If the package box has been corrupted when you see it, take a photo or video to file a claim with the shipping carrier. It is recommended that you open each unit and examine it, even if the cartons look fine from the outside. If you find any damage, take some pictures or videos. Sometimes we also need your help to file a claim with the shipping carrier if the doll is damaged while shipping.

 

A Note on Potential Shipping Delays


Dear Valued Customer,
We know you're eagerly awaiting the arrival of your new doll, and we share your excitement. The journey from our workshop to your home is a global one, and sometimes, the path can encounter unexpected hurdles.

Global supply chains are susceptible to disruptions, which may extend the estimated delivery time. These can range from severe weather and natural disasters affecting transport routes , to necessary but time-consuming customs inspections and administrative processes in the destination country. Furthermore, local holidays or peak shopping seasons can cause congestion at logistics hubs.

Please know that if your package is delayed, our customer support team is already on it. We maintain close communication with our shipping partners to track your order and will proactively reach out if any action is needed from your side. We appreciate your patience and understanding immensely.

 

Package Issues


If you encounter any of the following situations upon receiving your package, please report it to us promptly.

Incorrect Package: When you receive the doll and you find it looks absolutely different from the factory pictures or website, just show us an unboxing video (with the whole body, head, shipping label, and outside package box ). We will report and check with our factory and shipping carrier, and arrange a new replacement for you.


Damaged Dolls: You should file a claim with the shipping carrier on receipt of your package if it is severely damaged. A new replacement will be arranged depending on how severe the damage it is. For slight damage, a repair kit will be offered.


Missing Package: If the tracking number shows your package is delivered but you didn’t receive anything, call UPS/FedEx and file a claim ASAP. Just in case, we add an adult signature service for most packages (exceptions may apply.)
